Mission Statement

To assist the Uniting Church in Victoria and Tasmania to utilise all of the property resources of the church effectively, wisely and legally for the mission and ministry of the Church.

Goals

• To effectively resource and advise the Synod, presbyteries, agencies, congregations and institutions of the Uniting Church in Victoria and Tasmania regarding all aspects of property management relating to the design, construction, purchase, sale, lease, title transfer, demolition, extension or mortgage of property.
• To ensure that all organisational units of the Uniting Church in Victoria and Tasmania follow the Regulations and Federal and State Government law regarding all aspects of property management.
• To ensure that all the legal aspects of all Uniting Church property transactions in Victoria and Tasmania are effectively performed.
• To arrange appropriate insurance cover for all Uniting Church property in Victoria and Tasmania at a competitve price which provides effective cover for all insurable risks.
